Spiritual Gift of Administration in the Marketplace
The spiritual gift of administration is the special ability to spread the awareness of God’s glory by organizing resources and people to accomplish specific goals.
Where the spiritual gift of administration is lacking, there is frustration, overwhelm, chaos, and ineffectiveness in the workplace. If you have the spiritual gift of administration, you can create order out of chaos, resulting in a sense of peace for your customers, co-workers, supervisors, and everyone else in your sphere of influence in the marketplace. You bring a sense of stability and comfort to those you serve in business. Most organizations would be utterly ineffective without having people like you on their teams to implement the plans and achieve the goals of the organization.
