The spiritual gift of faith is the special ability to spread the awareness of God’s glory by believing that God will do things that are impossible for humans to do apart from His intervention.

Marketplace Impact
Prior to becoming the full-time pastor of a church in Houston, Texas, Randy had a successful career as a commercial real estate developer. Faith is one of his primary spiritual gifts.
As a junior project manager early in his career, his company was facing an impossible obstacle. They had the plans and designs to build a golf course on a particular plot of land, but the designs required 3,000,000 cubic yards of dirt. The company did not have the finances to provide enough dirt required. They needed a miracle in the marketplace.
Randy noticed that the city was building a reservoir nearby and that tons of dirt were being excavated in the process. With his God-given gift of faith, he began to speak to the dirt, claiming it for the work his company needed to perform.
Soon, the city officials not only agreed to give the dirt to Randy’s company, but they provided all of the means to transport the dirt to the site where the golf course was to be built. As many as 500 dump trucks dropped loads of dirt in a single day! By exercising his spiritual gift of faith on behalf of his company, Randy literally saw God move a mountain! As a result, his company’s leaders saw the glory of God manifested in the marketplace.
